Application
The Acid Cleaning Line is used to dissolve and remove the rust which adheres on the surface of the steel plate and the scale which sticks to the surface as well during the rolling process. As the cleaning chemical, usually the solution of inorganic acid such as Hydrochloric Acid, Sulfuric Acid and Phosphoric Acid is used. The Hydrochloric Acid has good dissolving capability. The Phosphoric Acid creates the film of Iron Phosphate on the face of the steel. Therefore, it is suitable for the surface treatment such as of anti-rusting. In order to run such finishing line in stabilized condition, it is necessary to control the concentration of Free Acid existing in the liquid and Ionized Metals dissolved in the liquid.

Application
This chemical treatment line is to create a stabilized chemical compound on the surface of the metal by adapting chemical reaction and electro-chemical reaction. The treatments by Chromate and by Phosphate are well known methods. The compound of these chemical solution belongs to the secret of the chemical manufacturers. Generally, the control is made by monitoring the concentration of Free Acid and All Acid.

Application
he electro-plating (EGL) is to coat the metal film on the surface of metal or non-metal substances. Zinc, Alloy, Chromium, Tin, etc. Are used as the plaiting materials. When acid plating liquid is used, the plating efficiency is tremendously lowered by the creation of 3-OH Ionized Iron. Therefore, the concentration of Free Acid must be properly controlled for suppressing the creation 3-OH Ionized Iron

Application
For the Acid Cleaning of stainless steel plate, blended liquid composed of Nitric Acid and Fluoric Acid is used. In order to stabilize the Acid Cleaning process, control of the concentration for Free Nitric Acid, Free Fluoric Acid and 3-OH ionized Iron contributes to facilitate the Acid Cleaning process.
Design of Concentration Monitor
The Acid Cleaning line of stainless steel plate is composed of several numbers of cleaning bathes. There, the monitor has to measure several numbers of samples. In the reason, the monitor is so designed that it automatically measures the samples which are collected from each cleaning bath into the sample selector.
